This privacy policy applies to the To Do - Asuntos Pendientes application ("the App") developed by Armando Cavero G.

Data Collection The App does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The App does not require registration, login, or any form of account creation.

Data Storage All data you enter in the App (tasks, priorities, preferences) is stored exclusively on your device and, if you have iCloud enabled, in your personal iCloud account. The developer has no access to your data at any time.

iCloud Sync If you use iCloud, your data may be synced across your Apple devices through Apple's iCloud service. This sync is managed entirely by Apple and governed by Apple's own privacy policy. The developer does not operate any servers and has no access to your iCloud data.

Third-Party Services The App does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services. The App does not display ads.

Internet Connection The App does not require an Internet connection to function. The only network activity that may occur is iCloud synchronization, which is handled by Apple's operating system.

Children's Privacy The App does not collect any data from anyone, including children. It is safe for users of all ages.

Changes to This Policy If this policy is updated, the changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
